The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Located on a channel of Wixom Lake **there is NO LAKE currently** but there is access to Tittabawassee River for kayaking and fishing near by, as well as 1000s of acres of State land for RVs, hiking, hunting, foraging, and outdoor enjoyment. There is an RV rental nearby. This 3 bedroom cottage invites friends and fun for relaxation with a back deck, large lawn, hammock, and firepit. Located just 15 minutes from Midland and shopping.

It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.

Make some memories at this unique family-friendly centennial farm house in the heart of Amish country. We are centrally located between Clare, Gladwin, Harrison, and Beaverton. We are about 25 miles to the Soaring Eagle Casino and 30 to Central Michigan University. Enjoy our cozy one bedroom home that also features a sleeping, reading and rocking porch. No pets please, but you may be greeted by our farm dog Hank!

Rustic Cabin Getaway

This Cabin is the perfect Up North getaway. It has been completely refinished with new rustic furniture throughout with a Queen in the master bedroom and a Queen over Queen bunk bed in the guest bedroom. It also has a futon in the living area for additional guests. Currently there is no water on Wixom lake
