This 2 bed /1 bath beach house features a large beachside deck for enjoying coffee and sunrises, watching the kids play or just kicking your feet up to relax. Wash away your worries in a secluded Caribbean outdoor shower. Cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen, or do some grilling. When it gets too hot…enjoy an expansive ocean view from the air-conditioned comfort of the couch. Enjoy the outdoors after the sun goes down at the fire pit!

Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

Unit #102 is under new ownership with new fresh decor & a calm cool color palette for an updated & relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook a full meal while enjoying the crystal clear ocean view. The master bedroom has a new king size bed & the guest bedroom has been updated with 2 queen beds. You will LOVE this condo!

Oceanfront 4BR home on the no‑drive section of Bethune Beach with a private walkover and a huge second‑floor deck overlooking the Atlantic. Enjoy quiet shoreline, sunrise views, and a peaceful residential setting just 1 mile from Canaveral National Seashore and steps from JB’s Fish Camp on the Intracoastal. Only 10 minutes to Flagler Ave—close to everything but away from the crowds.

Studio Apt. on the Ocean -best location

Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.

New Smyrna Beach Townhouse

Footsteps from the sandy beach, only accessible by locals. Beach driving is not permitted on this end of the beach. Plenty of wonderful local restaurants, or walk across the street to the grocery store. Quaint neighborhood that is your own private oasis. Come enjoy the lazy days on our piece of New Smyrna Beach.
