Die unterschidlichsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß und hat hohe Decken, wodurch sie im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl ist. Leider wurde vor das Haus gerade ein Gerüst gebaut, wodurch es etwas dunkeler tagsüber in der Wohnung ist.
