Surrounded by the Dales and close to Ingleton there are plenty of scenic walks, eateries and days out to be had. Perfect location for 3 peaks and waterfalls. Our very popular 400 years old farmhouse has many modern features, including slate floors, wood burning stove, central heating, powerful shower etc. All rooms have character with wonky walls and oak beams. There are two beautiful private mature gardens with two large monkey puzzle trees .Patios with chairs and tables for bbq and sunbathing. Plenty of room for children to play. There are many wonderful walks available straight from our front door.

Ideally situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and within easy reach of the Lakes. The cottage is full of character and in the perfect location for walkers, cyclists/motorcyclists, or those simply wishing to relax in a peaceful countryside setting. Guests have private use of the whole cottage, divorced front garden and patio, secure garage and parking area.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
