Either way there are plenty of things to do locally such as the beach just a short walk to the end of the road, visit the village 10 mins walk away or plenty of walks to take in the views. Forelands beach is a good 15 minute walk away, an excellent beach for walking the dogs (or oneself), and a great place for children to enjoy all things to do with being by the seaside.
