This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet offers a hot tub, breathtaking views & is close to Gunstock skiing. It’s a serene home base to explore charming New England towns. Enjoy sledding, skiing, snow tubing, cozy restaurants, frozen lake fun & gondola rides at Gunstock. Or cozy up at home to enjoy the hot tub, cooking with a view, board games & movies by the fireplace. We have poured our heart into making this a romantic retreat but also one that’s very kid-friendly (kids gear included)

Family Home Near the Mountains & Lake

Moderate size home, with three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full) located in Gunstock Acres. The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Charming A-Frame at Hermit Lake

Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. A perfect New England getaway all year long!

The Tent on Beaver Pond

We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Waterfront location nestled in the heart of Laconia. Located on a river connected to Lake Opechee.. Less than 5 minute walk the lake, beaches and downtown. A beautiful 7 mile walking trail “wow trail” right near the property. 2 water facing decks, 1 front porch, 2 grills, fire pit under the pergola, Sundeck on the river, and 2 kayaks are provided with the home. Close to lake Winni, Weirs beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski and many more local attractions all 10 minutes away

G-Frame Off-Grid Cabin Retreat + Sauna

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Our family-friendly cottage has a two-story great room, a separate office, and an outdoor firepit. It is perfect for couples and families.

Rustic Mountaintop Chalet nestled among the pine trees. Beautiful views of Gunstock Mountain Ski Area and of Lake Winnipesaukee from the large deck. Just minutes to the ski slopes in the Winter or to the lake in the Summer. A glass front wood stove for chilly nights, and an outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Board games, a foosball table, and an air hockey table for family fun. Quiet & peaceful!

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.
