My place is a studio room the area aprox 20m2 including bathroom and a small balcony. There’s a custom cabinet to prepare cook, storage for clothing. The bathroom have the hot water shower. And there’s a tv 42inch inside the unit and Netflix always ON, you can watch use Guest profile. The unit at 8 floors. The apartment itself have a lots of facilty like club house, swimming pool and gym. food court at the basement, farmers market or minimart to buy daily needs.

We are also close to Aloha Pantai Pasir Putih, Pantjoran PIK, By The Sea and PIK Pets are not allowed in this building. Your comfort is our priority!
