The studio is behind our classic Fitzroy two storey terrace, surrounded by iconic Gertrude, Smith, Johnston and Brunswick Streets with trams and supermarkets minutes away. Outside your door are parks, art, culture, shopping, pubs, bars, restaurants. Also close to hospitals, universities, sporting and entertainment venues. Our studio is good for couples, solo and business travellers. Entry to our studio is via our garage located on a quiet, well-lit laneway; we offer a visitors parking permit.

My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

The Loggia - a standalone bungalow with ONE bedroom, Queen-sized bed; en-suite bathroom; Kitchen/Living room, large flat-screen TV. Private access via driveway. Walking distance to Train / Tram. Approximately 30 mins to MCG / CBD via Train. About an hour via Tram as stops every few blocks. Safe parking on quiet leafy street. Great Cafes/Restaurants within easy walking distance. Booking includes provision of initial breakfast supplies, shampoo/conditioner; hairdryer; iron/board, etc.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.
