This cottage is located on a wooded 15 acre private secluded estate. Plenty of wildlife and deer abound with a pond. It is located 35 minutes to downtown columbus and 35 minutes to hocking hills and Old mans cave area. It is adjacent to the main house (approx 100’) but guests have access to the property. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, full bath with shower. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed.

Location is everything in this rental! The bike path stretching along the highlights of Buckeye Lake is right outside the home. You can walk or bike to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and just a couple minutes walk from the lake. Sleeping 9, this unit is part of a triplex in which you can rent other units to accommodate even more family and friends!! Perfect for a family reunion, gathering of friends, etc. Look for Lilypad A, B & C.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. It’s way to big for us to live in so. Please enjoy your stay and we hope you can find it in your heart to give us a good review. If you can’t, please let us know what we could do better.
