Saját 110m2 -es körülhatárolt sportpályánk az aktív pihenést szolgálja. A nappali-konyha rész egyben több, mint 60m2, így rossz idő esetén is kiváló hangulatban telik az idő, akár kandallóban lobogó tűz mellett.

Aki csak csendre vágyik, annak akár ki sem kell mozdulnia, a nap körbejárja az épületet, megunhatatlanul lehet gyönyörködni a környék szépségében, a kilátásban. Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
