Modern Oasis in Ballard. New cottage w/ 1.5 baths

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

We are conveniently located 40 min away from Seattle via ferry.The updated 400 sq ft waterfront studio cottage and gazebo have amazing views from Seattle/Rainier to Mt. Baker. See eagles, ferries, cruise ships and you may even see Orcas! Within 3 miles of Kingston & White Horse Golf Course, it offers the perfect couples' getaway to enjoy the Olympic National Park. Two-day min ...2 adults, 1 child & your dog ($100 pet fee).

"Cozy Cottage"

The cottage is a cozy space set in a garden in a neighborhood (that does have weeds). This is a two story cottage with the queen bed on the main floor along with a kitchen and an open loft/meditation room on the second floor. The kitchen stove is vintage and the oven is running hot so please do not use. The kitchen and bed are all in one room, so please be mindful of what you cook (ie oily geoduck isn't a good choice for this setup). There is not a fan on the stove.
