Apartment is 2 minutes away from Bačvice Beach and 5 minutes walk from historic city center, the ferry boats,bus and train station. It is located in the ground-basement floor of one small building, located in quiet part in heart of the Bačvice. Apartment has a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. It is 68 m2 big and is ideal for 4+2 persons. The apartment is air conditioned,have TV and internet (WiFi) , washing machine, iron, air conditioning, dishwasher,microwave, cooking utensils, bedding, towels, all included in the price and it has renovated and furnished in 2015. and again in 2016. It is located in a residential neighborhood - Bačvice, a posh part of Split. Just 50 meters from the sandy beach Bacvice. The oldest and most beautiful sandy beach Bačvice is also famous for its vibrant nightlife. Just a few meters from the apartment you can find a lot of restaurants (both traditional and modern) serving famous Dalmatian food and wines. Only 300 meters away are railway station, bus station and a port, so it is possible to arrive without a car. From the port boats depart daily to the islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis and Solta which are worldwide famous. The main promenade in the historic center - Riva, Diocletian's Palace (UNESCO monument), and the colorful Split market – Pazar are just 5 minute of walk away. Apartment is located only a 50 meters away are park and a little playground for kids. Free parking space is near the apartment in the streets and also 50 meters from the apartment you have parking space for pay.

This lovely located studio apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 as well! It is located next to the hotel Radisson inn, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min.by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located in front of the building and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.
