Our location guarantees a peaceful and tranquil stay with a beautiful beach just a few steps from the villa. The swimming pool will delight our guests with it’s cool, inviting water any time of the day. There is a security guard on duty from 6pm to 6am so security is not an issue. Everyone can rest easy and enjoy the surroundings in one of Elyu’s up and coming neighborhoods.

We want to share our love of local craftsmanship: dividers made of antique capiz , a terracotta sink made of Taboc clay. A favorite of ours is the solihiya kitchen cart gifted by our neighbors at Irugi Coffee(try the press-o-tonic!). Every morning here you wake to sunlight & a view of our namesake, a beautiful 30 ft. sampalok tree.

A nordic minimalist 1 bedroom unit that is only 2-minutes drive to Urbiztondo, San Juan's surfing spots, restaurants, cafés, bars and other famous establishments. With own private CR, high speed wifi (255-300mbps), TV w/ Netflix and free parking. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only 5 minutes walk via access path from the BNB. No environmental fees collected.

You will have your own studio unit, air-conditioning, TV, hot & cold shower, en-suite bathroom as well as WiFi & Netflix Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest’s room.
