You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Naše ubytovanie sa nachádza v srdci prírody pri Bačinskych jazerách 300m( kajak,paddlesurf,pláž) neďaleko od mora(Makarska riviera 12km) a ústia Neretvy 10km ( kittesurfing). Pre našich hostí máme k dispozícii kajak a bicykle. Výlety do okolia sú obľúbené v mimosezónnych mesiacoch ( Ston,Mostar,Kravicke vodopady,Dubrovnik,Split...). Relax na veľkej terase s posedením, grilom a krásnym výhľadom na jazerá si viete užiť po celý rok. Vhodné na dlhodobé pobyty, máme všetko vybavenie vrátane WiFi.

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.
