You enter the apartment through a hallway that houses a dedicated washer and dryer. This quiet one bedroom apartment is a great home base for exploring the Derby city! Separate entrance through a charming backyard/English-style garden. Less than 2 1/2 miles to historic Churchill Downs, less than a mile to Nord's famous bakery, Sunergos Coffee, Monnick Beer Company, Check's Bar & Grill, The Post and more. A short drive to the local restaurants and unique shops of Bardstown Road, NuLu and Frankfort Avenue. No Louisville locals can stay at this location.

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.
