The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. A short walk to Normaltown bars & restaurants or downtown, on the border between the historic Cobbham and Normaltown neighborhoods.

This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

This MCM style, fun and comfortable studio is close to the best Athens has to offer. Just one block from the famous Georgia Theater and within walking distance to everything downtown, including restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Sanford Stadium is a short and scenic 10-minute stroll through UGA campus. Located in University Towers, directly across Broad St. from UGAs North Campus and the world-famous Arch. You won't find a better location in downtown Athens.
