200years old whitewashed cycladic stone house, with adjacent private swimming pool, restored to its original iconic architecture, with stunning terraces, 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms. At the center of Naxos island, on the top of Filoti village hill, overlooking the beautiful village, the olive tree valley and the breathtaking sunset over the sea horizon. The house combines both a serene location and a vivid village plaza with colorful cafes and taverns at walking distance.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. The double room has handmade traditional iron double bed with beautiful romantic furnishings. There is air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, big enough refrigerator, filter coffee maker and what ever is needed for a simple breakfast. The all day shaded terrace is great with traditional oustide couche and table with chairs. The view of the sea and the surrounding islands is panoramic. The unique sunset and moonlit nights amazing!
