With over 300 feet of shoreline, this is one of the largest waterfront homes on the lake. A private boat dock with plenty of room for gathering, a 2 story deck and all the amenities - this is the perfect spot for a family and friend getaway. The house is close to a launch ramp and the long, flat driveway allows for easy access for boat trailers and lots of vehicles. All you need for a perfect lake vacation! The kitchen is very well- appointed for all your needs. Bedrooms have comfy mattresses with fresh sheets and towels for each bathroom. Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Pool and Hot tub are seasonal, so ask if they are open. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, Sleeps 8 with a Sleeper Sofa. No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has overnight slips that can be rented.
