On the ground-floor, there is also the elegant main-bathroom.The first floor contains the second and third bedroom, a second bathroom and a large veranda. The entire house has just been renovated.

Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.
