Book your stay in our industrial themed duplex located in Ingraham Estates ! 5 minutes away from Nassau coliseum, Roosevelt Field Mall, Hofstra university and plenty of food choices! Perfect for students and professors as it is 8 mins from Molloy College and 12 mins from Adelphi University. Prime location for commuters as it is 5 mins from the LIRR and 30 mins from JFK airport. Want to sit back and take in some vitamin D? Jones beach is just 20 mins away.

Equipped with modern decor, ROKU smart TV, wifi, backyard patio & inground pool. Pool is seasonal & open from Memorial Day until end of September. Pool is limited to Airbnb guests listed on reservation only. Pool hours are 8am-8pm.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Private Waterfront Loft, minutes to beach

Loft above garage in our backyard. Beautiful views of the canal behind our house and a quick 10 minute drive away from Jones Beach by car. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, 40 minutes by train to NYC. The loft has a queen size bed, central air and heat, and comes fully stocked with the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine.
