This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

This spacious and clean ADU apartment is located in a secluded area 10 minutes outside Puyallup. Relax in the quiet backyard, shoot pool , or enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch with surround sound. basketball hoop and firepit for your enjoyment also. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa couch and futon in living room. Steep outdoor steps to unit so could be difficult for those with mobility concerns. With wet weather the steps will be wet and possibly slippery please use railing.

Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
