This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Suttree's Landing has a great playground and river access for paddling enthusiasts and kid fun. Vol fans: 10 minute drive to campus. Also, several great breweries, retail shops, and restaurants are nearby. Pigeon Forge/Dollywood is a 30-45 minute drive and Gatlinburg is @ an hour.

You would share a large dining room between the units great for dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent the dining room for $75 when booking this home.
