Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

DownTownVilla is a house located at the heart of the old town of Naxos, 10’ walk from ferry, 5’ walk to Aghios Georgios beach. Additionally, convenient stores are all around. A 10’ walk takes you to the bus stop and gives you the opportunity to visit all isolated beaches and the traditional villages of the island. The house is spread over 3 floors with the total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces on 2 different levels with excellent sea view. And also there is a close parking area.
