You are surrounded by fields, heathland and forests, and the Jurassic Coast is just a few miles away. Heaven... well that's what we think anyway, and we would like to share it with you. Come to stay in our beautiful log cabin, complete with spacious raised deck with views down to the river Piddle.

The Annex @14

Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford, Dorset.

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Little Piddle is a charming, self-contained annex set within the garden of our home — the perfect spot to relax in Dorset. Surrounded by nature enjoy views across fields and the water meadows, with the River Piddle flowing through our garden. It’s a haven for wildlife lovers, with plenty of birdlife to watch from your own private balcony. The annex is self-contained, offering privacy and comfort during your stay. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle.

The Little Barn is a 200 year old, thatched, cob cottage. It is a self-contained studio guest room with an entrance in the garden of the main house. It is perfect for a couple using the comfortable king-sized bed. It is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with modern fittings, including a cleverly fitted kitchenette. This picturesque cottage is located in the quiet, rural setting of Shitterton, in the village of Bere Regis, Dorset. We are within easy reach of Dorset's many attractions.

Enjoy a tranquil break in our recently renovated Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Dorset. No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a characterful, compact barn conversion, that sits next to the 400 year old farm house. It sleeps up to four people (including infants), with a double and a twin room. We are one mile away from The Wise Man Inn - an award-winning pub; 6 miles from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and 3 miles from the county town of Dorchester. You will, however, need a car- or bikes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No EV charging, yet, but there are many fast charging points nearby.

It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.
