In diesem Haus Baujahr 1904/1908 wohnst Du in einem denkmalgeschützten Torbogen mit direkten Blick auf die Mosel und das Wahrzeichen der Stadt Zell, den Pulverturm. In direkter Lage an der Moselpromenade und der Altstadt hast du beste Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen, Rad- und Bootstouren oder einen Bummel durch die Altstadt. Ausflugsziele, wie Traben-Trarbach und Cochem sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Straußenwirtschaften laden zum verweilen ein.

Das »haus in spay« an der Mosel | mit Sauna

Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in knapp 10-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.

Man ist schnell in den Weinbergen, an der Mosel, an den verschiedensten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Mosellandschaft ist vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Bei der Einrichtung und Renovierung dieser Wohnung haben wir darauf geachtet, dass wir unseren Gästen ein stylisches Ambiente und viel Auswahl an Ausstattung ermöglichen. Für die regnerischen Tage gibts sogar Netflix und dank Smart TV die Möglichkeit für weiteres.
