The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock, with pet lambs and goats. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome; at extra cost we can provide a dog sitting service.

Beech is one of four holiday apartments within a large converted barn situated near Goonhavern and 3 miles from Perranporth with its famous beach.Beech is a first floor apartment accessed up a flight of stone steps. A communal garden lies at the bottom of the steps with tables and picnic benches. The living room-kitchen is open plan and Beech has one bedroom and one bathroom. Oakridge Farm is set in rolling Cornish countryside yet close to facilities and within easy access of the A30.
