Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

A konyha teljesen felszerelt (gáztűzhely, mikro, pirító, edények). Zuhanyzókabinos fürdőszoba,külön WC van. Az egyik szobából és az erkélyről panoráma nyílik a Balatonra. A WELLNESS részleg egy JAKUZZIból és egy FINN SZAUNAból áll. Vendégeink imádják az Apartmanházat, mert gyönyörű kertek, teraszok, grill, hangulatos WELLNESS, madárcsicsergés és a BALATON veszi körül.

Praktikus akár több család részére is, a telken 2 légkondícionált ingatlan helyezkedik el, a kisebbik 2+2 fő (1 fürdővel), a nagyobbik 6+2 fő (3 fürdővel) részére nyújt kényelmes szállást. Megtalálható itt fedett medence (10x3,5m), játszótér, ping-pong asztal, foci kapuk, kosárpalánk, beltéri infraszauna illetve kültéri konyha és fürdő is. A teljes terület csak egyben kiadó (2 ház, kert, medence).

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
