Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. Perlini building is one of the few which remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies the important part of the Zadar history. Although the building is old lady, the apartment is completely new and modern, renovated in 2020.
