We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The backyard backs up to 4 Creeks Management Area (lots of woods). The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.
