The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

Upstairs is open living with gas fireplace. Each of the lower bedrooms have views of creek and woods. Outdoor decks with comfortable seating, hot tub, and fire pit are just steps from the creek. The cabin feels secluded but is only 3 miles to town, surrounded by hiking trails, and close to ski mountain. RIVER DANGER FOR KIDS.

The barn, where the loft is, was moved from Cody where it was the old feed store. Cozy space. Sit by the pond and relax or walk around the landscaped property visiting with the animals. We are in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town to enjoy the restaurants and little shops that line main street. Only 20 minutes to the Bighorn Mountains, enjoy beautiful scenery, hiking or picnicing or a guided trail ride. Yellowtail Reservoir offers fishing and hunting opportunities only minutes away.

One of a kind tranquil home on 40 acres along the Clark’s Fork of the Yellowstone River, backing up to literally thousands of acres of public BLM and National Forest land. Located along the south face of the Beartooth Mountains, halfway between the east and northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park, our unique setting is a perfect spot for fly fishing, hiking, 4 wheeling, and exploring the endless beautiful and majestic areas in the Yellowstone region. This is the real paradise valley.

C4: Wolf Pack Camper Cabin

This cabin is the perfect place to rest your head after a great day of fishing, touring Yellowstone National Park, exploring the country, or Jammin with the music at the Pine Creek Lodge next door. The cabin can sleep 4 in its two twin beds in one room that is connected to another room with a queen bed. The beds come with clean bedding. The cabin has no running water. There is a full bathhouse onsite. The cabin has a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There are 2 parking spots available.

Chico Peak cabin nr Yellowstone/Chico Hot Springs

One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!
