The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

With a sparkling 12metre pool with glass edge, looking out over the trees and with unhindered views to Mount Coolum and spacious decks, 60m2 undercover open area and beautiful gardens to enjoy during the day and fire-pit for the evenings. Fall asleep with the sounds of the Ocean. Rainforests short walk nearby.

Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

Listen to the waves in this renovated beach shack, just up the road from the Surf Club and patrolled beach. Fully air-conditioned with expansive rear deck and fenced back yard. House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater. Visit the Friday night food trucks, Saturday morning farmer's markets, coffee shops and enjoy the free WIFI and NBN streaming of your favourite programs. Linen supplied. Pet friendly on request.
