This peaceful home has one bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. Accommodations up to four but perfect for two guests. All the amenities needed to make your visit to Newport a relaxing getaway. Your view in the backyard is of the ocean and you are in walking distance to the Nye Beach district with access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The location is just one block from the beach and the Historic Nye Beach neighborhood. The Nook is only a short drive or longer walk to the Historic Bay Front, Deco District, and many of the Central Coast's attractions and offerings. The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.
