All kinds of fun to be had without using any gas to get there. This spot filled with personality. It is under my home. The house has a very large porch overlooking the ocean you may take advantage of along with the side patio directly out of the door of the apartment This is a basement apartment in an old home

Vintage Mid-Century Beach Cottage

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. It's old, but it is full of charm!
