This one-bedroom with a dedicated office, efficiency kitchen, and mid-century modern bathroom is nestled in the upstairs back corner of our historic home, circa 1910, steps from the Cargo District, & a short walk to downtown!

Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

The Palm House W/ Outdoor Bath

This is the lower level of a just built 2 story home. You will have the entire lower level to yourself. This house is set up like a duplex, Private entrance, private yard. It was built with you in mind! Located between the beach and downtown a close 10-15 minutes to each. After a full day of beach or exploring, come back and unwind on the Beautiful secluded deck built just for you! Have you ever taken a bath outside?? Its kinda magical!

We are centrally located halfway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. It is a perfect spot, private and quiet, with easy access to I-40, Market Street and College Road. Activities close are endless - bars, shops, restaurants etc. This house has one Queen bed in the bedroom a regular non pull out couch and a Queen air mattress available.
