Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Minutes to downtown Asheville, UNCA campus, or the River Arts District. A short stroll across the street to the French Broad River, and a coffee shop next door! Can't beat this location for this price... Property is a great home base for exploring everything in Asheville and WNC.

The Blue Door ~guest house

The Blue Door is our backyard guesthouse located in an urban neighborhood just north of Asheville and is well situated for the area. We invite well behaved dogs who have been treated for fleas and have a lovely space for being outside. The house is rather private. It also comes complete with full kitchen, whirlpool tub, and a super comfy queen sized latex mattress. Our guest house is perfect for an Asheville weekend getaway.
