You can walk to view the State Coal Mine - a piece of Victoria’s history. Walking distance to the shopping areas of town!

You’ll love our location, our private and peaceful semi tropical garden setting, separate and fully self contained studio, out look onto garden. The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

It's a short 10 min drive to Inverloch and 8 mins to the beautiful Cape Paterson beaches. We are also walking distance to Bass Coast Rail Trail. Our house has a beautiful open living kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows through to the covered alfresco area. Our house is suitable for families, couples and business travellers.
