Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

“Mini Flat” with fully private access and small outside space. - Kitchenette with sink, hob, microwave and fridge - TV - SMALL DOUBLE bed (4ft) - Shower, toilet and sink - Parking VERY quiet; lakes at both ends of the street. Village centre short walk away with pub, supermarket, café and chip shop. Bus stop is at the end of the street giving quick access to the City Centre. Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!
