Welcome to AfterDune Delight where you're only a 4 minute walk from the beach! Kick back and relax in this calm coastal cottage style townhome. The cleaning fee ($195) covers a professional cleaning before each check in. The linen fee ($130) provides fresh linens for the beds, bath/hand towels, wash clothes and bath mats.

No pets allowed per our allergies. Community “Seasonal” pool and Pickelball and tennis courts!

The House of Kai, 1 Block From The Beach

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.

Just steps from the beach! You will love how close you are to the Sea Gull Lane beach entrance. Forgot something? Not a problem...run back to get it and be back on the sand in no time. Cozy, 2-bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo with all the comforts of home. Half bath on living room/kitchen floor is a bonus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom as well. A short walk to the Boardwalk and restaurants nearby, in the heart of Carolina Beach.
