This is a one bedroom guest suite above a garage. It has one king bedroom with private bathroom and separate living room. Approximately 500 sq ft. It has a private entrance and own HVAC controls. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
