Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

The Garden Room is a self contained building nestled in the beautiful gardens of the Manor House. An open plan living / bedroom space with kitchenette, WC & shower room. Our cozy and comfy annexe in the garden is quiet and you can relax. It can be a place to rest, to work or to study. We are located in the Clarendon park area, the trendy area in Leicester. 30 minutes walking from the center 10 minutes walking from university of Leicester. Shops and restaurants 2 minutes walking from us. You will have our newly decorated annexe downstairs an open little kitchen with a sitting area and bathroom, upstairs you will have your bedroom with a king bed.
