Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. Surrounded by woodland with hilltop views across the Wye Valley to Offa’s dyke, this eco friendly traditional Monmouthshire cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature at its very best. Spend time in the garden listening to bird song and the gentle babbling of the stream or step out the gate to explore Cleddon Falls and beautiful view points along the Wye Valley walk. The medieval village of Trellech and Tintern Abbey are also within easy reach off or on road by foot, bike or car.

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The loft is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to relax whilst overlooking the glorious panoramic forest view. The accommodation is compact comprising a silent night double bed, sofa, shower and toilet room, kitchenette with microwave, fridge / freezer and TV. The loft is ideally situated for forest walks, bike riding or enjoying any one of the attractions within the forest of dean. Please add dogs to the booking if bringing them.

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

A studio apartment set in the village of Sling, near Coleford in the Forest of Dean. A short walk into the forest with lots of peaceful walks or cycle tracks. Only a 10 minute walk from Puzzlewoods and Clearwell caves. A short drive to nearest town with all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk to 2 pubs that offer delicious food. The studio is cosy and warm and very clean and well equipped. All bedding supplied and towels. We also supply toilet rolls, shower gel and soap.

Whether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

Little Oak - romantic & spacious, Forest of Dean

This is our newly built light and airy self contained guesthouse set in the beautiful Forest of Dean. It's the perfect location for exploring all that the forest has to offer. We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.
