It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet .

Susie Q’s Backyard Bungalow

This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.

The Magnolia Room- Hotel Style - Private Entrance

This newly renovated space, attached to our home, is an ideal alternative to a hotel room. There is a private exterior entrance/exit; there are no shared spaces. Perfect for anyone simply needing a place to sleep on the edge of Harding University’s campus. The location is 150 yards from Harding's football stadium and 200 yards from the basketball stadium.
