Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Seatide Patonga Creek

This little 60's Bungalow may just be the best kept secret in Patonga. Slow down, step back, relax enjoy the view. Our little 3 bedroom house is the perfect place for a weekend, or a week to simply wind down. The house retains much of its 1960's charm but has had a renovation over the winter opening up the living/kitchen area, complete new kitchen, flooring throughout and a bathroom makeover. But looking out across the grassy reserve on the waters edge of Patonga creek is still the same!

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. The bay window is perfect for gazing down to the promenade, reminiscent of the Italian coastline with bathers sprawled over the rocks soaking up the summer sun.

Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
