The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

The luxury bathroom includes soaking tub, steam room, and walk-in shower. Unit includes Keurig, microwave & mini fridge.

**Please note this guest suite is entirely private and located on the lower level of our home, with its own entry/exit and no shared areas.** We block Monday & Tuesday nights, but will entertain requests if you would like to book. The hot tub is a new feature on the property. It is located on the lower deck. Guests who utilize the hot tub do so at their own risk. In order to ensure your safety and for our protection, no one under the age of 12 is permitted to enter/use the hot tub.

The hot tub is currently broken, and a new one has been ordered. We expect delivery by mid Febuary. In the middle of VA wine country and only minutes from the Appalachian Trail, enjoy a private apartment in our mountain home with a separate entrance and your own deck with views of the Shenandoah Valley. There is a hot tub on the deck and a fire pit overlooking the valley. Plenty of wildlife. A welcome basket includes breakfast items.
