It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. The 900 sq ft condo is 11 miles west of Hill City in the heart of the Black Hills located in a gated area with a private lake. There are 5 bldgs. with 2 units per building, plus 9 private homes tucked in the hills. The area is surrounded on 3 sides by land owned by the National Forest. This unit is available all year round & is great for the fisherman or someone wanting to get away from the city. You are close to the ATV, hiking, & the Mickelson Trails. Hunting is prohibited in gated area.
