New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
