You'll love the screened porch, stocked kitchen, high ceilings, clean/bright unit. Bedrooms have AC, fans, closets/ shelves, and black out curtains. Gas stove, blender ,microwave, toaster, coffee maker/ grinder, etc. We love our home to be tranquil hence NO parties/NO children-infants. Spiral stairs to 3rd floor.
