A secluded, hideaway cabin with large landscaped grounds & private parking. Just 4.5 miles from the beach at Sheringham and 7 from Cromer. Situated at the end of our land so we are on hand to help but you will feel in the middle of nowhere. A well-behaved dog permitted but must be friendly with others as we have our own, a free range Lab. If you book then you have the offer of a free guided tour of our gardens, fiddiansfollies, which are open to the public and for charity on occasion.

Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
