Perfect Quiet Retreat

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to have a quiet time away, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. The hosts live on the ground floor. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only thanks.

Bellara Blue is a recently renovated family owned property located in a quiet street close to beaches & playgrounds. Enjoy its newly landscaped gardens (fully fenced) with its bbq & pergola. Feel the cool breezes throughout its open plan living or on those extreme hot days you may opt for the air conditioning. Venture out on the nearby cycling and walking tracks or just relax at the various nearby restaurants and cafes. Take a short drive to the pristine surf beaches at Woorim.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Breezy Blue is a fantastic little Beach House that's been given a new lease on life. With the water a short stroll away, great parks and kids play areas, everything you need that Bribie has on offer is only moments away. Located in a quiet street, there's plenty of backyard to enjoy for the young ones, the pooch and even room for the tinny. Sandstone Point, IGA, Woollies, the Bowls Club and the Jetty is within walking distance, It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
