Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

My place is a 2 minute walk to the main street of Newtown, close to Wellington's Hospitals, public transport and airport. You’ll love the generous space in this gorgeous, cosy 1890's cottage, with modern bathroom, spacious lounge, comfy bed, a private garden & full kitchen with gas hob & electric oven for guests who like to cook. Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Enjoy your stay in Wellington at this cozy, comfortable unit complete with everything you need in a home-away-from-home. Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.
